TOE BEAN TIME STRAY CAT RESCUE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray and abandoned cats. Our mission is to provide compassionate care, medical attention, and safe havens for felines in need, while working to reduce overpopulation through spaying, neutering, and community education. We are committed to fostering a world where every cat is valued, loved, and has the opportunity to thrive in a forever home. Together, we aim to create a more humane and caring future for stray cats.
